Model Release Agreement 

Under the 1988 copyright act, I understand that the images taken at this setting are the copyright of Julia Tolkaciova Photography and as such Julia Tolkaciova Photography does not require my permission to use my name and the images but as a professional courtesy requests that I confirm my consent by signing below. This states that I allow Julia Tolkaciova Photography to use these my name and images in displays, exhibitions, general marketing collateral, promotions, presentations, editorial, PR, social media web sites and advertising at any time in the future without Venture Studios having to seek further permission. I understand that this is a model release. This business is independently owned and operated under the ownership of Julia Tolkaciova, I understand that I do not own the copyright of the photograph(s)
